Following the last Charity Week in November, the student who ‘became’ Mr. Gray for the day was Tamader Al Nuaimi (7LSC). She had a very busy day that included the daily staff briefing, meetings with Mr & Mrs Webster and observing lessons with Mrs Worsnop.
Mr Gray enjoyed a day following Tamader’s timetable that included art, science and a spelling test in English. See the photos below.
Events to look forward to during the next Charity Week will include a photo competition, a free dress day as well as all the usual fun. Tutor groups have been invited to ‘sponsor a child’ in the developing world. The sponsorship allows non-government organisations to arrange for improved healthcare, access to clean water and education for these children. The opportunity to help those less fortunate on a more personal level has really caught the imagination of some students and fundraising continues.
